• Processes Additional Appropriations and Transfers

• Handles Legal Advertising

• Writes Corresponding Ordinances and Resolutions

Both Bodies

• Assists with necessary correspondence

• Assists in typing documents

• Supplies Budget and Financial Information

• Files and Keeps Official Documents of Record for the County, such as:

• Contracts

• Bids and Quotes

• Deeds/Leases

• Debt Service Agreements

• Vehicle Titles

• Insurance Documents

• Ordinances and Resolutions
