• Standard Civil Cases:   $136.00  A $10.00 service fee will be charged for each additional defendant other than the first defendant.

• Estate, Guardianship and Trust Cases:     $156.00
• Small Claims:  $89.00 A $10.00 service fee will be charged for each additional defendant other than the first defendant.  (The maximum claim allowed is now $6,000.00)

The State has established a new Sheriff's fee in the amount of $13.00. This fee will be accessed one time to any case requiring personal service by the Sheriff's Department.

The Clerk's office does not provide forms for Civil filings other than Small Claims and Protective Orders. Protective Orders are filed in the 1st floor Clerk's Finance Office.  Small Claims are filed in the 1st floor Clerk's Office.
