1. Business must be located within the following area:
North – Monroe Street
South – Wildcat Creek
East – Apperson Way
West – Webster Street
2. Requests for grants to be filed with County Commissioners
3. Applicants must complete application
If not provided in the application the applicant must provide:
Business Plan
Profit & Loss Statement
Twelve (12) month Cash Flow Statement
Copy of Lease
Number of Employees
Pay Scale
Signed Credit Report Consent

4. Business must join Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance.
(GKEDA)
5. Funding:
First $5,000.00 – will be used for rent abatement. Funds will be deposited with GKEDA and paid in twelve (12) monthly payments. Checks will be made payable to business owner and the landlord and will be mailed to business owner by GKEDA.
Second $5,000.00 - $2,500.00 will be a dollar for dollar match and $2,500.00 will be a loan at 2% payable in twelve (12) monthly payments.
Third $5,000.00 – must have been in business for at least twelve (12) months and have a minimum of eight (8) employees. This amount ($5,000.00) is a loan at 2% payable in twenty four (24) monthly payments.
